The Main Conference registration includes access from Tuesday, October 6 through Thursday, October 8, 2026. One-day registration options are also available for Respiratory Therapy Day on October 7 and ECMO Day on October 8.

Respiratory Therapy Day - October 7th

ECMO Day - October 8th

CANCELLATION / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our Cancellation and Replacement Policy has been designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all attendees of the National Bariatric Solutions Conference. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

• Refunds, less a 30% processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing on or before Sep 8, 2026.
• No refunds will be made after this date for any reason, including circumstances beyond the control of National Bariatric Solutions Conference (such as acts of God, war, or terrorism; natural disaster; or government regulations, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation systems) to the extent that such circumstance makes it impossible for registrant(s) to attend.
• If you are unable to attend the conference, registration substitutions may be made if requested in writing before Oct 1, 2026.
• National Bariatric Solutions Conference reserves the right to cancel or change any general session, pre and post-conference workshop, and breakout session. In the event of a cancellation, we will make all applicable refunds following the close of the event.
• Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

NOTE

Please note that online registration will close at 11:50 pm Eastern on Oct 1, 2026, so be sure to register before this date to secure your spot at the conference. On-site registration will be available starting at 7 am on Oct 6, 2026, at the registration area.

We also want to let you know that we reserve the right to cancel any workshop if the minimum registration is not met. Additionally, please note that no meal service will be provided at any pre and post-conference workshops.
