Cut-Off Date

The cut-off date for hotel reservations is September 11, 2026. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. If 2025 NBSC's block of reserved rooms is filled prior to the cut-off date, attendees will be required to pay prevailing rates.

Airport Arrival
  • Most attendees will arrive via Orlando International Airport (MCO).
  • The Hyatt Regency hotel is conveniently located inside the airport's main terminal, so once you exit your flight, follow signage to the hotel lobby.
  • For those arriving via car, rideshare or taxi: input the hotel address (9300 Jeff Fuqua Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827) and follow airport signage to “Hotels” or “Terminal Hotel” drop-off zone.
Ground Transport & Local Access
  • Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, taxis) have direct access at the airport; the hotel's location minimizes additional transfers.
  • If you are flying into other nearby airports (e.g., Orlando Sanford International Airport), allow extra travel time (~30-40 minutes) to reach MCO and hotel.
Tips for Attendees
  • Check your flight arrival terminal and baggage collection location; the hotel is integrated with the airport, but allow a few minutes to navigate from arrival gate to hotel check-in.
  • If you arrive late at night, the hotel lobby remains accessible 24 hours; late check-in is supported.
  • Consider arriving a day early or staying a day afterward — Orlando offers excellent leisure options if you extend your visit.

  • Follow the GREEN signs to Terminal B Self-Parking Garage.
  • Use the right-side entrance to pull a ticket (do not use E-Pass/SunPass lanes).
  • Drive up the ramp to Level 3, then follow Row C to enter Terminal Top Parking.
  • Park on any level of the garage.
  • To access the hotel, go to Level 4 (elevators/stairs are on both sides of the garage).

From Downtown Orlando

Distance: ~13 miles (20-25 minutes)
• Take SR-408 East
• Merge onto SR-528 East toward the airport
• Follow signage to Terminal A/B and “Hyatt Regency Hotel”

From International Drive / Convention Center Area

Distance: ~15 minutes**
• Take SR-528 East directly to MCO
• Follow airport terminal signage

Shuttle, Parking & Public Transportation

Shuttles: The hotel does not require a shuttle from the airport since it is inside the main terminal.

Driving & Self-Parking Instructions: Guests driving to the hotel should follow the signs for Terminal B Self-Parking Garage.

How to Access Hotel Parking

Driving Directions
1. Follow the GREEN roadway signs for Terminal B - Self-Parking Garage.
2. At the garage entrance:
- Use the RIGHT-HAND entrance lanes to pull a ticket.
- Do NOT use the E-Pass / SunPass lanes.
3. Drive up the ramp to Level 3 and follow Row C to enter Terminal Top Parking.
4. The hotel's main entrance is located on Level 4.
- Access Level 4 using elevators from any Terminal Top parking level.

Hotel Drop-Off Area (Guests, Personal Vehicles & Rideshare Drop-Off)

For arrivals, all vehicles - including rideshare drop-offs - may use:

Rideshare Pick-Up (Airport Regulations)

Due to Orlando International Airport (MCO) rules, rideshares cannot pick up at the hotel entrance.

Rideshare pick-ups must occur at:

Terminal Rideshare Pickup Area (Level 2)
This is the designated airport pickup zone — approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

How to Get There From the Hotel Lobby

1. From the hotel lobby, take the elevator or escalator down to the Airport Level.
2. Walk toward Baggage Claim in Terminal B.
3. Go down one additional level to Level 2, where the rideshare pickup zones are clearly marked.

Public Transportation
  • LYNX Bus System: Routes connect the airport with downtown and nearby districts.
  • SunRail (regional train): Does not run directly to the airport but can be accessed via transfer from LYNX.
  • Brightline High-Speed Rail: Connects Orlando to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, with service from the airport's new terminal (Terminal C).
