His 20-plus-year career spans roles as a neonatal, pediatric, and adult Registered Respiratory Therapist to leadership positions in sales, marketing, and product management, culminating in a C-suite role as Chief Clinical Officer. He has served as an international lecturer on ventilation strategies, authored multiple peer-reviewed posters, presented webinars, and published in professional journals.

Allison Varnum, MSN, RN, BSRT, CSPHA is a nurse leader who spent 15 years at the bedside in critical care and surgery before moving into industry and education. Now part of the BariSolutions, Inc. team, she focuses on making care safer for both patients and providers. She lives in Augusta, Georgia, with her husband and seven-year-old son, and loves spending time outdoors on new adventures with her family.
